Notification of Infringement

If you believe that content hosted on Pacy World infrastructure infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice containing:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
2. Identification of the infringing material and its location (URL).
3. Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email).
4. A statement: "I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
5. A statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner."
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:

1. Identification of the material removed and its former location.
2. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
3. A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district (or Collier County, Florida if outside the U.S.).
4. A statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification."
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Process

• Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the identified content.
• We will notify the content provider of the takedown.
• If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and restore the content after 10 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
