How to Setup Your Pacy World Email

Prerequisites

These instructions were written for iOS version 3 or later. However the values used below may be used to configure an older version if necessary.

How To

  1. Tap Settings on the home screen.

  2. Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

  3. Now tap Add Account... under Accounts

  4. Choose Other.

  5. Tap Add Mail Account.

  6. Select IMAP for as the account type (tap it).
    Enter your name, email address, and a description.
    For Incoming mail server, enter your domain name with the mail. prefix. For example, if your domain name is example.com you would enter mail.example.com.
    Enter your complete email address in lowercase characters for the User Name.
    Enter your password in the Password field.

  7. Scroll down and input the settings for your Outgoing Mail Server.
    Enter your domain name with the mail. prefix. For example, if your domain name is example.com you would enter mail.example.com.
    Enter your complete email address in lowercase characters for the User Name.
    Enter your password in the Password field.
    Press Save.

  8. Press Yes to continue.

  9. Make sure Use SSL is turned OFF in both Outgoing Settings and Incoming Settings.

  10. Your Pacy Word E-Mail account is ready to use.
